The problem
Newly promoted managers were technically excellent but struggled with feedback conversations, delegation, and performance coaching.
My role
Lead designer and pilot facilitator: stakeholder interviews, curriculum design, materials development, and facilitator train-the-trainer.
Outcome
Participant confidence in holding feedback conversations rose from 3.1 to 4.5 out of 5, and 90-day retention of new managers improved.
