A half-day facilitator-led orientation covering mission, culture, benefits, and first-week expectations, with interactive segments throughout.

The problem

Orientation was a three-hour slide read that left new hires disengaged and still unsure what to do on day two.

My role

Designer and facilitator coach: content redesign, visual design, activity design, and facilitator notes.

Outcome

New-hire satisfaction with orientation rose from 62% to 91%, and day-two manager check-ins reported clearer expectations.
