Shana designed and developed a custom LMS for Meridian Health & Care Systems that hosts five SCORM-compliant courses, delivers dual-audience functionality for learners and admins, and includes automated certificate generation and a three-report analytics engine.
The problem
Training lived in shared drives and spreadsheets across three locations, leaving 400 clinical and administrative staff without a single place to access training and leadership without visibility into completions.
My role
End-to-end: needs analysis, information architecture, learner and admin experience design, SCORM integration, and reporting design.
Outcome
One platform for all assigned training, real-time completion tracking, automatic certificate generation, and CSV-exportable compliance reporting.
