The problem

Staff completed annual compliance training but could not recall the escalation path when it mattered, and incident documentation errors were rising.

My role

Designer and writer: content analysis with SMEs, information design, layout, and rollout plan.

Outcome

Documentation errors fell 41% in the first quarter after rollout, and the job aid became the default reference in team huddles.
